What is Mystic Party Solutions?



We are a volunteer group of local individuals helping to improve the Tri-Cities by assisting nonprofits plan unique and awe-inspiring charitable events. We are currently focused on literature-based masquerades to benefit nonprofits related to the arts community.


What are we currently working on?


We will be holding this year’s Mystic Masquerade: Wild West Steampunk on Saturday, October 7th, 2017, at the Uptown Theater in Richland, WA. We are once again partnering with the Arts Center Task Force for this amazing event.

What have we accomplished to date?


In 2016, we threw of second event; Mystic Masquerade: An Evening in Wonderland. This event was over the top, very fun, and exciting. We focused on local sponsors and artist and they delivered in a big way. Our partner non-profit Arts Center Task Force got to show off progress on the new facility and connect with the community.

In 2015, we threw our first event: An Enchanting Evening in Rivendell: An Elvish Masquerade. It was a wildly, amazing evening that helped bring awareness to the Arts Center Task Force, our non-profit partner. For more details, check out the details on the Events page.
